Spring Valley Construction LLC is a Family-Owned Business that started in 2007. John and Laura Hopko pride themselves in treating your home as if it were their own. John is a licensed plumber with 33 years of experience and has 25 years of excavating experience.

We specialize in a few key areas of and new buildings. We will travel up to about an hour outside of Sinking Spring, PA. Including, Bucks County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County, Chester County, Berks County, Montgomery County, and the Lehigh Valley area.

John and Laura work closely in the community and are supportive of Catworks mission. All their pets are rescues and have become a part of their family.
