Hi, I’m John Hopko, the owner of Spring Valley Construction LLC. Since 2008, I’ve been proudly serving Berks County and the surrounding areas with honest, dependable construction and excavating services. What started with a passion for landscaping quickly grew into a love for excavation, septic systems, and all kinds of exterior construction projects.
